If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a smooth return process.

Please Note: Items damaged through misuse, mishandling, or exposure to harsh chemicals are not eligible for return. Natural impurities in gemstones are not considered defects.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to manufacturing defects or items not as described.
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

- Content: Reason for return, and if applicable, please include photos or videos of the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit. Refunds are processed within 3 working days after we confirm receipt and condition of the returned item.
5. Reimbursements
Reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase (PayPal or Payoneer only). Please allow a few days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
